Prayers, Happy Thoughts & Best wishes

I talked to my Mom tonight on the phone, she sounds like she is doing better. She had a doctor appt. today and the doctor told her that if she keeps smoking that she will loose her Stoma, and have to have a colostomy bag. She goes to her Oncologist on Friday and they will put her on a chemo pill called "Gleevec" which she will have to take the rest of her life. Her immune system is down and it won't be able to handle the gleevec and smoking, so I'm asking for prayers, thoughts and best wishes, what ever it is that you do to handle life situations, to do that for her, in hopes that she can kick the habit and get through this so we can have her around and she can have the best health as possible for many years to come.
